Our name
A guiding light for long-term capital
Arcturus is one of the brightest and oldest visible stars in the night sky. Located in the constellation Boötes, its name is derived from the ancient Greek “Arktouros”, meaning “Guardian of the Bear”, in reference to its position near Ursa Major—the Great Bear. For centuries, Arcturus has served as a navigational beacon for explorers and seafarers seeking their way through the unknown.
We chose the name Arcturus Capital as a symbol of enduring guidance, clarity, and perspective. Like the star itself, we aim to be steady and visible only to those who know where to look. In an increasingly short-term world, Arcturus reminds us to orient ourselves by timeless principles and distant horizons.
